Roger B. Parks is Emeritus Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. He has studied police organization and performance for more than forty years. Recently (2006-2010) Parks served as evaluator for the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service's Model Stations Initiative. Publications from the evaluation include Tammy Rhinehart Kochel, Roger B.
