The Indianapolis Emerging Leaders Fellowship (IELF) offers something for all majors and interests, but especially if you have an interest in human resources, government, or healthcare. As a fellow, you will have access to experienced professionals both in and out of the classroom. During your time in the IELF classroom you will be challenged to innovate your thinking while learning from some of the best and brightest professionals in Indianapolis.
Your semester in Indianapolis will consist of 12 credit hours—three credits each for two required seminars and six credits for your internship. Classes are held to the same high academic standards as on-campus classes, and they include reading assignments, research projects, writing requirements and exams. Engagement and exploration outside of the classroom will also be encouraged through field trips and outside speakers.
