“Being named a Founders’ Fellow is a meaningful opportunity to engage with a supportive and intellectually vibrant community of scholars and practitioners in public administration,” Chung said. “I look forward to presenting my paper at the 2026 ASPA Annual Conference.
Founder’s Fellows are chosen based on their academic achievement, potential for significant contribution to the field, and commitment to the values of public service. As a Fellow, Chung will receive professional mentorship, give a research presentation at ASPA’s annual conference, and participate in exclusive workshops aimed at bridging the gap between academic theory and practical governance.
