Offered by the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs - named a Best Grad School for Public Affairs in 2025 by U.S. News & World Report - the Master of Public Policy (MPP) provides, the Master of Public Policy (MPP) is a rigorous, skills-oriented program geared toward those who want to pursue a career focusing on the evaluation and design of public policy. You will refine your skills to be able to analyze, evaluate, and solve a host of policy puzzles. 

The Master of Public Policy provides a quantitative-focused pathway and focuses primarily on the evaluation and design of public policy. This focus compliments our Master of Public Affairs (consistently ranked as one of the top public affairs programs in the nation), which focuses on implementation and management of public programs and organizations. 

100% of O’Neill on-campus master’s students are considered for funding.
