Ms. Hallgarth is a Licensed Professional Geologist working in the environmental consulting industry. As a senior project manager, she is responsible for oversight and management of compliance projects in accordance with Indiana Department of Environmental Management Office requirements. These tasks include performing site characterization, developing conceptual site models, determining exposures risks, developing cleanup plans, and communicating with affected residents, business owners, and communities. She has directed subsurface investigations, employed remedial technologies, and performed third-party review.
