Dr. Kand McQueen has taught statistics at both the undergraduate and graduate level since 2006. McQueen holds a a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Inquiry Methodology from Indiana University’s School of Education. McQueen’s substantive area of interest and methodological focus is instrument development.
Beyond research methods, instrument development, and statistics, McQueen’s primary interest and expertise concerns atypically gendered populations, which include both transgendered and intersexed individuals. Having conducted numerous presentations concerning issues specific to the atypically gendered throughout the country, McQueen is developing a national reputation as an expert, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator on these topics. Attendees regularly report that hearing Dr. McQueen speak on these matters changes the way they think about that part of human experience referred to as sex and gender.
