Andrew Cloran is a visiting assistant professor at SPEA. He earned his Ph.D. from IU SPEA, focusing on public policy, public management, and American politics. He also earned his master’s at SPEA in policy analysis, public management, and information systems. His research focuses on federal advisory committees, especially on the topics of interest representation and political support from elected officials. Prior to pursuing an academic career, Andrew was a data analytics consultant in the Washington D.C. area. In most recent years, he has taught public management courses at the undergraduate level at IU SPEA.
