Career Coaching

Explore your future with confidence

At the O'Neill Career Hub, career development begins on day one. As an undergraduate student, you'll receive personalized guidance, gain practical experience, and build professional connections that help you explore your interests and prepare for what comes next.

Through career coaching, employer and alumni connections, career fairs, workshops, and networking events, you'll develop the skills and confidence to pursue internships and launch your career. You'll also gain hands-on experience through internships, leadership, student organizations, and other opportunities. Every O'Neill undergraduate completes an internship as part of their degree, ensuring you graduate with meaningful professional experience.
