Roger Sell is a Senior Policy Analyst at Myers and Stauffer CPA in Indianapolis. He is also an associate faculty member at IU SPEA-Indianapolis, where he teaches master’s-level courses in cost benefit analysis, public finance and budgeting, and public program evaluation.
Sell’s previous positions include budget director for Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration, where he also served as fiscal director for the Bureau of Aging. Additionally, Sell has held various positions within the Indiana State Budget Agency including assistant Budget Director, Senior Budget Analyst for Higher Education, and Economic Development Budget Analyst.
Sell was recognized as an Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Member by the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University in both 2006 and 2011. He has served on numerous boards including the Indiana Mental Health Memorial Foundation, the Knightstown Improvement Project, and the Mapleton Fall Creek Housing Development Corporation. Sell is a member of the Healthcare Management Association and Kiwanis International, where he was a board member from 2008 to 2010.
Sell holds a BA in Psychology from IU Bloomington, and an MPA in Public Management from IUPUI.
