Marty Posch is employed as executive director of Finish Line Youth Foundation Inc. The foundation is the philanthropic arm of Finish Line, the athletic shoes, apparel, and accessories retailer based in Indianapolis.
Posch was greatly influenced by his experiences as community relations director for Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis, especially his involvement with philanthropic organizations such as Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, and the BackPack Attack, which provides school supplies for underprivileged children in Indianapolis. In 2008, Posch was a founding member of Giving Sum, a not-for-profit organization designed to encourage next-generation leaders to become involved in philanthropy and civic engagement in the Greater Indianapolis area.
Posch received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MPA from Indiana University.
