Paul Wenbert is founder and president of PW Consulting Services, a management consulting practice focused on local government and non-profit clients. Wenbert specializes in executive recruiting, organizational assessments, strategic planning, performance management, process improvement, and mediation.
Wenbert’s previous positions include deputy city manager of the City of Mesa, Arizona, and city administrator for the City of Newton, Iowa. Wenbert has been very involved throughout his career in professional associations, including serving on the International City/County Management Association Board.
Wenbert holds a BSPA in Public Affairs from Indiana University, where he established the Paul Wenbert Local Government Management Fellowship to assist graduate students who intend to pursue a career in local government management. He also holds an MPA from Arizona State University.
