Biography

Brian Clarke is founding member and managing partner at Kensington International, an executive search, outplacement, and leadership development firm. He has conducted numerous senior leadership search assignments across the manufacturing, consumer, and construction and infrastructure sectors. Formerly, Clarke served as vice president and manager of the global industries division at First National Bank of Chicago, and as head of corporate training and recruitment for the Quaker Oats Company.

Clarke serves on several boards, including the Job Search Television Network, the Human Resources Association of Chicago, the World Search Group, and the Chicago Theological Seminary. Additionally, Clarke was included in BusinessWeek.com’s list of “The World’s Most Influential Headhunters.”

Clarke received a bachelor’s degree in personnel administration and labor relations from Indiana University, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
