Biography

Charles Wooldridge serves as director of International and Interagency Affairs Division of NOAA's Satellite and Information Service, a subdivision of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Since he began his career at the organization as a presidential management fellow, Wooldridge has held numerous positions at the NOAA, including chief of staff at the NOAA Satellite and Information Service, head of the Commercial Remote Sensing Regulatory Program, policy analyst for the Office of Policy and Strategic Planning, and senior international relations specialist for the Satellite and Information Service.

Wooldridge received a bachelor’s degree in political science and French and an MPA from Indiana University.
