Biography

Todd Schorr is the founder and managing partner of The Crimson Group, a consulting practice specializing in global human capital strategy, talent management, and change management.  Schorr is a global human resources leader with 25-plus years of experience working for publicly held companies, such as Cummins Engine Company and PepsiCo, with a significant time spent in the private equity arena where he served as chief human resource officer and led the human resource change agenda for several privately backed porfolio companies around the world, such as SIRVA, Siemens Enterprise Systems in Munich, Germany, and CHC Helicopter in Aberdeen, Scotland. Prior to founding the Crimson Group, he was the chief human resource officer for PSAV, a privately backed company in the event technology industry.

Schorr received a bachelor’s degree in policy administration and an MPA from Indiana University.
