Holly Johnson currently serves as the chief advancement officer for Culver Academies. Previously, Johnson was the vice president of development at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, where she oversaw the Indianapolis Symphony’s overall funding initiatives.
Johnson began her fundraising career at the Indianapolis Symphony in 1999 serving as a corporate donor relations associate and later as the director of corporate and foundation partnerships. She then moved to the IU Foundation to serve as director of development of major gifts. Johnson was promoted to director of women’s philanthropy and partnered with IU First Lady Laurie Burns McRobbie to establish the Women’s Philanthropy Council, which helps guide women’s philanthropic initiatives at IU and to educate women about philanthropy and their philanthropic choices.
Johnson received a bachelor’s degree in public management from Indiana University.
