Biography

Charles Dunlap currently holds the position of executive director of the Indiana Bar Foundation. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and programs of the Foundation, which includes administration of the Indiana IOLTA program, several statewide civic education programs, a statewide loan repayment assistance program, as well as all grant making and fundraising programs.

Prior to joining the Indiana Bar Foundation, he was the assistant director of planned giving for the Indiana University Foundation, and served as an associate in the Muncie, Indiana law firm of DeFur, Voran, Hanley, Radcliff & Reed, where his practice focused on estate planning, trust and probate administration, charitable gift planning, charitable organization law, and business law.

Dunlap received a bachelor’s degree in public finanacial management from Indiana University and a JD from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
